The Looming Labor Disaster

It never was as bad as it is now and it's going to get worse. This is a looming existential threat for our society and a direct threat to millions of people. I'm talking about the mysterious disappearance of workers on a global scale. I was stunned to learn that a new survey has discovered that 69 percent of global companies are having a hard time finding enough people to hire.

With the International tensions rising to worrying levels, the risk and chance of war was never as high that it currently is and the never ending pandemic and the mismanagement of it, those are aspects of a global disaster.

That combined with weak world leaders, imperialistic states like Iran and China, the madness of corona restrictions and mandates, the absolute confusion of the pandemic, which refuses to go away.

And above all, the sense of freedom and democracy is undermined. Some governments go so far by building concentration camps to store the unvaccinated people in and killing dogs to stop people from coming to pick them up.

And I'm afraid that this all will be even worse very soon.

What's the current results of the global shortage of workers?

Global supply chains are in a complete and utter state of chaos. And the reason is not because of the pandemic, but the reason is because there are not enough workers. And global supply chains are not only from and to China, but in Europe and the US as well.

The broken global supply chains, manufacturers reeling from shortages of key components and higher raw material and energy costs are being forced into bidding wars to get space on vessels, pushing freight rates to records and prompting some exporters to raise prices or simply cancel shipments altogether.

The local supply chains in the US and Europe are broken too, because of the lack of workers.

And the pain is felt in the essential industries. But for the normal people at home, they now encounter already the first signs of the looming shortage of ... well ... everything.

And then we have the healthcare industry. Before the mandates (and actually before the current pandemic), there was already a shortage of personnel (medical support, technicians, doctors and nurses), but with the last mandates that healthcare workers are required to be vaccinated, the problem of workers in this industry becomes even worse than it already was, and now people are dying because they don't get any medical help!

You and I will encounter hours, maybe even longer of waiting times for the hospital emergency rooms. But it is going to keep happening, because there is an acute shortage of healthcare workers right now.

In the US, the healthcare system has never been so close to a state of collapse.

There is a serious shortage of doctors as well, and this is a phenomenon that we are witnessing all over the globe. For example, over in the UK it is being reported that there is a “shortfall of more than 50,000 doctors” right now.

This is happening everywhere in the world, from Europe, Africa, Australia, Asia, South America. And to blame it on the pandemic is wrong, think again. Also in these continents, the healthcare system is close to collapse because of under-funding and the acute shortage of workers.

Actually, the healthcare system is at this moment already crashing. Read this article what's going on. Nurses, fed up with working in a dysfunctional system, are quitting their jobs in droves, while an uptick of doctors are retiring early or following other health care workers to the exits.

The very strange thing with the global economy is that before 2021, there were enough workers to fill the jobs. In the US, there were millions of jobs created by the President Trump and many were filled. But in 2021, all of a sudden there are millions and millions and millions of empty jobs all over the globe.

Where are all the workers? And don't tell me that they have disappeared. It seems that they are still there somewhere, but they don't want to work anymore.

And why do many workers not returning to their jobs?

Trust. They lost trust in their governments. They lost trust in politics. They lost trust in their doctors. They lost trust in the system, which governed them and their fathers already for years. They lost trust in the financial systems and their banks. They lost trusts in the overreaching of the authorities. They lost trust in the collapsing educational systems. They lost trust in science, the medical authorities and they are scared witless that everything will crash around their ears. And finally, they lost trust in large companies.

Fear. With the rapid changes in the computerizing of the society, many people are fearful using the newest technologies, which are forced on them by the governments, banks, schools, healthcare industries and providers and the like. For example, in many countries, when you don't own a smart phone, you can't make an appointment with any doctor. When you want to use a phone to make an appointment, you are confronted by automated systems (press 1 for ..., 2 for ... 3 for ..., etc.) and many times hours of waiting time. The same with banks and other financial institutions and not to talk about the government services.

Fear of too sudden changes! On the global workplace, changes are implemented too rapidly. Not so long time ago everyone did their job, whatever it was. Today they are forced to use computers and special electronic equipment. Millions are confronted with this and it doesn't help that people have the idea that they can't do their job anymore because of that. Before all of this, someone out of job for a couple of years had the 'feeling' that they could resume their work. That has changed. Someone out of job for only a couple of months has the feeling that he or she is hopeless behind in knowledge and experience in heir jobs. The reason is that companies and societies must teach employees on the job new technologies instead of schools and universities and the technological changes are implemented too fast and too sudden.

Restrictions to work. With the restrictions from many governments, making it very hard for those unvaccinated to work. It's a fact that the biggest part of the high educated workers are not vaccinated and they refuse the jabs, knowing the risks involved. And we're talking about hundreds of thousands of (essential) workers being fired and walking out, making the situation even worse. And then you need to consider, that the actual group of people posing the highest risks are those, who are vaccinated. And then we have Biden with his mandates, he will cause millions of workers to disappear. I the courts don't protect the American population against that man, economical collapse will likely to follow.

The looming disaster for us all

You'll encounter more and more shops with empty shelves. That's a given and that already happens in the US and Europe.

If you need medical help and go to your hospital, you are likely confronted with the fact that there are not enough staff available and you will be forced to wait for many hours. You might even die. And that's not because of the pandemic, that's because there are not enough doctors and nurses available anymore in the hospitals, because they were forced to resign or were fired.

If there are not enough beds available in the hospitals, that might be because of the pandemic, but even that is not guaranteed the reason. More likely it's a question of under-funding of the governments.

Government are making it worse

The worst offender in doing that is the current American administration with the president Biden. With his mandates, trying to force unvaccinated people to vaccinate, it will result in millions of additional workers to quit or to be fired.

The only people, who will have more work are the lawyers and the courts, because everyone will sue the federal government. Courts will likely agree that the federal government has the authority to enforce COVID-19 vaccine mandates but will argue that the rules and penalties cannot be enforced, said Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz. The reason for this is simple.

Only the states in America have police power, not the federal government. The federal government can enforce the mandates, but enforcement and possible fines and other legal issues can't be applied by the federal governments, only the American states can do that.

That only leaves the firing of the employees, who refuses the vaccine. And as is expected, millions will refuse.

If 10% of the healthcare workers walk out or is fired, the healthcare system in the US will collapse and the services towards the people will grind to a halt. And that's only in the healthcare. Let's see what happens with all the scientific institutions, filled with people with PhDs, where most of the people are not vaccinated (they simply refuse, because they know or suspect what the vaccine really is). They also walk out and who's doing all the innovative and highly specialized work? Not Biden, that's for sure.

There are loads of conspiracies out there, but I believe that what's going to come in the coming months is even worse than the most fantastic conspiracy out there. The likelihood of a huge global economical depression is very high. That's the result of a limited president in power.

And in the rest of the world, they are looking what the results are of the mandates and how the American people are reacting and responding. Those governments in Europe, Middle East and Asia are also putting the pressure on the unvaccinated people with little results so far. The only thing they do is to make the lack of workers even worse.

With Biden's mandates, people are getting angry. Biden is confronted with angry crowds.
