Everyone MUST live under the Islamic Law ... or DIE!

Introduction

The Islamic Law is part of the Islam and can't be separated. The Islamic Law applies to the lives of Muslims (sexuality, food, rituals, leisure activities, dress, hygiene etc.). The Islamic Law not only describes those laws, but also supplies the rules for punishments, which must be implemented by the letter of the (Islamic) Law. What we all see happening in Syria, Africa and Iraq, the ISIS (and other Islamic Extremists) behead, stone and crucify people, and the reason is the Islamic Law. Furthermore, there is a strong trend of Muslims in host countries in Europe and the US, that they want to have the civil law replaced by the Islamic Law, even when they are clearly the minority. That this is a bad idea, is an understatement. This article describes what the Islamic Law means for people like you.

What's the Islamic Law?

The Islamic Law or Sharia is the religious law, derived from the is seen as sacred and constitutes the Koran and Prophet Muhammad's Sunna (way), which is found in the Hadith and Sira. Sharia not only governs public life, but also many facets of ones personal life. It has laws covering Muslim interactions with non-Muslims, sexuality, food, rituals, leisure activities, dress, hygiene etc. This is due to Muhammad's pivotal role in both the practice of Islam and the formation of Islamic law. He is considered by all Muslims, in Islamic theology, as the perfect example. Since both the practice of Islam and its laws are based on the same source, they are inseparable from one another.

Separation of Church and State and Spread of Islamic Law

In the Islamic Law there is no separation of "Church and State", a concept we see everywhere in the western world. Islam is that the Koran is one hundred percent the word of Allah, and the Sunna was also as a result of the guidance of Allah to the Prophet. Islam cannot be separated from the state because it guides the Muslims through every detail of running the state and their lives. Muslims have no choice but to reject secularism for it excludes the law of Allah.

For Muslims, the concept of religion is totally different then it's for everyone else. Religion (Islamic religion) refers to a collection of beliefs and rituals, a way of life which includes all values, behaviors and details of living. For them secularism would mean giving up to the Islam. Furthermore, for every real Muslim, it's his duty to spread the Sharia to each country, which is not governed by it.

The Muslims in a country that is not governed according to Islamic sharee’ah should do their utmost and strive as much as they can to bring about rule according to Islamic sharee’ah, and they should unite in helping the party which is known will rule in accordance with Islamic sharee’ah. As for supporting one who calls for non-implementation of Islamic sharee’ah, that is not permissible, rather it may lead a person to kufr... Islamic and Civil Law

Many respected bodies, including the European Court of Human Rights, have concluded that Shari'ah is incompatible with accepted modern standards of human rights.

  • In 2003 and 2004, the court [European Court of Human Rights] ruled that "that sharia is incompatible with the fundamental principles of democracy" (13/02/2003) ., because the sharia rules on inheritance, women rights and religious freedom violate human rights as established in the European Convention on Human Rights. European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) Cambridge Encyclopedia, Vol. 24.

  • The House of Lords today drew stark attention to the conflict between sharia and UK law, calling the Islamic legal code "wholly incompatible" with human rights legislation. The remarks came as the Lords considered the case of a woman who, if she was sent back to Lebanon, would be obliged under sharia law to hand over custody of her 12-year-old son to a man who beat her, threw her off a balcony and, on one occasion, attempted to strangle her. Sharia law incompatible with human rights legislation, Lords say Afua Hirsch, legal affairs correspondent, The Guardian, October 23, 2008.

  • In 1981 the Iranian representative to the United Nations declared that "the Universal Declaration of Human Rights" represented a secular interpretation of the Judeo-Christian tradition, which could not be implemented by Muslims."

Samples of Islamic Laws

  • Alcohol: Alcohol is banned and severely restricted to put on the sale, purchase, and drinking of alcohol by adults. Punishments vary according to country, but many are consistent with the Sunnah of Muhammad. They range from weeks to months of imprisonment, public flogging, and (in the case of Iran) the death penalty. This prohabition, in many cases, does not exclude the non-Muslim.

  • Apostasy via blasphemy in belief: Under Islamic Law, it's a crime and punishable by death. Apostasy is one of the three reasons where killing of Muslims are allowed.

  • Free speech and blasphemy: It is a criminal offense in Islam to speak ill of the faith, its Prophet Muhammad, and its holy Scriptures (Qur'an and Hadith) and it results in death. If a non-Muslim is doing the criticizing then Muslims duty is to kill that person.

  • Homosexuality: Homosexuality under Islamic law, is a punishable crime. Homosexual is first punished through harsh beating, and if he/she repeats the act, the death penalty is to be applied.

  • Lack of un-Islamic dress: This is punishable by beatings and imprisonment.

  • Mingling with unrelated men and women: This is punishable by hundreds of lashes, beatings and months of imprisonment.

  • Music and Art: Listening to music, or playing musical instruments, and singing is forbidden.

  • Domestic violence against women: Is allowed and a way of living.

  • Lying: Islamic law allows, encourages, and even demands lying by its followers.

  • Pedophilia: Islamic law allows pedophilia. This practice is sanctioned by both the Qur'an and the Hadith. In the Qur'an we find this in verse 65:4; marrying and having sex with pre-pubescent girls is permitted.

  • Slavery: Under Islamic laws, slavery is explicitly permitted.

  • Rape: In the Islam, there is no definition of rape. But it's allowed to rape anyone you want, except when she is married with a Muslim (unless the Muslim is held captive [The Koran verse is 4:24]).

Punishments under the Islamic Law

The various methods of punishment under Sharia law, for what it deems as crimes, are extracted from both the Qur'an and the Hadith. These punishments are prescribed by Islamic scripture, so they constitute a fundamental part of the Islamic faith. Therefore they cannot, and still have not, been discarded from the practice of Islam.

  1. Amputation - It's the removal of part or all of a body part enclosed by skin. It is a prescribed punishment in the Koran, and within the context of Islamic law, it refers to the removal of the hands or feet.

  2. Stoning - Stoning to death, according to traditional interpretations of Islamic law, is primarily a punishment for persons who engage in unlawful sexual relations (which include homosexual relationships).

  3. Crucification - This typically refers to the inhumane and painful method of execution and/or torture by tying and/or nailing someone to a cross, stake or tree. It can also refer to the method of public display of a body after execution, such as the incident in Saudi Arabia when a convicted killer was beheaded and his body was "crucified."

Islamic Law in the World

  • There are 4 places in the world that still have beheading as a method of execution. Every single one is officially Islamic (Saudi Arabia, Iran, Qatar and Yemen).

  • There are 5 places in the world that still have amputation as a form of legal punishment. Every single one is officially Islamic (Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and Islamic regions of Nigeria)

  • In 2012 there were 7 known countries in the world where the state could execute you for being atheist. Every single one was officially Islamic (Saudi Arabia, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Sudan, the West African state of Mauritania, and the Maldives).

  • There are 9 places in the world that still have stoning as a form of legal punishment. Every single one is officially Islamic (Mauritania, Nigeria, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen).

  • There are now 13 countries in the world where the state can execute you for being atheist. Every single one is officially Islamic (Afghanistan, Iran, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritania, Nigeria, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, United Arab Emirates and Yemen).

Many of the young Muslims are unwilling to become Flemish. 40% say that Islamic values are incompatible with Flemish values.

  • Belgium 2: 85% [of Muslim youths] say they will raise their children in the Muslim faith. In one study, the sociologist Wilhelm Heitmeyer and his colleagues at the University of Bielefeld found that almost one-third of those polled agreed that Islam must become the state religion in every country. Even though they live in Europe, 56 percent declared that they should not adapt too much to Western ways, but should live by Islam. More than a third insisted that if it serves the Islamic community, they are ready to use violence against nonbelievers. Almost 40 percent said that Zionism, the European Union and the United States threaten Islam."

A larger percentage of Muslim women wanted Sharia than Muslim men, and there were more Muslims with lower education than Muslims with higher education that wanted the same.

  • Turkey: A majority of the participants in the [International Social Survey Program] research, 67 percent, said they would continue acting in accordance with their religious beliefs if the Parliament passed a law that contradicted religious laws. Twenty-six percent said they would obey the country’s law in this case.

  • UK: More than 60 percent of British Muslims want Shari'ah law in the UK. 1 out of 3 British Muslims aged 16 to 24 believe that Muslim apostates should be executed. Four out of 10 British Muslims want sharia law introduced into parts of the country. At least 85 Islamic sharia courts are operating in Britain. The astonishing figure is 17 times higher than previously accepted. 32% of British Muslim students support killing for Islam; 40% want Shari'ah Law.
